The Quality of the Portuguese Soccer League

Today were confirmed the transfers of two more players from the Portuguese Soccer League abroad. Wietsel and Hulk were transferred from Benfica and FC Porto to the Zenith, from Russia, by grants of around 100 million Euros.

This happens after the transference at the end of the market, August 31th, of Javi Garcia from Benfica to Manchester City by a value of 40 million euros. This season Guarin and Alvaro Pereira, were also tranferred from FC Porto to Inter Milan by values around 25 Milion Euros.

This confirms the value of the portuguese soccer league, as one of the better leagues in Europe. In the portuguese league played former soccer stars  as Luís Figo, Paulo Futre, Deco, Michel Preud'Homme and some of the best players of the world as Cristiano Ronaldo, Pepe, Nani or Radamel Falcão.

Confirming the quality of the Portuguese league is the fact that Portugal have qualified this year 6 teams (all) to the group stage of European club competitions, 3 in the Champions league and 3 in the Europe league.

In Portugal are still playing the most promising players in Europe, as Juan Iturbe, the new "Messi", James Rodriguez, Alex Sandro, Danilo and João Moutinho in FC Porto, Diego Capel and André Carrillo in Sporting and Rodrigo and Nolito in Benfica.

All of these players will grow in the portuguese league, because in Portugal there are amazing professionals that transform these young promising players into world class players.
